The SCC Strategic Work Plan was adopted on October 2, 2026.  This edition, dated 2/1/26 includes an update to estimated timelines and clarification of process related issues (page 2).  No substantive changes were made to the goals.  This document is to serve as a guide for SCC and its related five workgroups, focusing on each of the 5 goals contained in the plan.
