The CareGivers, Catholic Charities

The CareGivers, a program of Catholic Charities NH, provides rides to older adults and individuals with disabilities. Rides are provided for medical appointments, grocery shopping, dialysis appointments, and other essential needs.

• Advance Notice: 10 days.
• Communities Served: Alton, Amherst, Auburn, Bedford, Candia, Goffstown, Hollis, Hooksett, Hudson, Litchfield, Manchester, Merrimack, Milford, Nashua, and Wolfeboro.
• Cost: Free, donations accepted.
• Hours: Contact for hours.
• Ridership Eligibility: Seniors and individuals with disabilities. Must apply as a client before requesting rides.
