StepSaver (MTA Paratransit)

StepSaver is MTA’s paratransit service offered as required under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. This program assists individuals with disabilities who are unable to use the regular bus service. StepSaver covers areas of Manchester, Bedford, Goffstown, and Hooksett within three-quarters of a mile from the regular bus routes. An application process is required for rides.

• Advance Notice: 1-7 days, application required.
• Communities Served: Bedford, Goffstown, Hooksett, Manchester
• Cost: $4 fare one-way.
• Hours: Monday to Friday, from 5:30am to 6:30pm. Saturday from 9:30am to 5:30pm. Reservation hours are Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 7:00pm, and Saturday from 9:30am to 6:00pm.
• Ridership Eligibility: Riders with mobility issues. Eligibility for service is determined by the MTA using ADA guidelines.
