MST is a bus service and a volunteer driver program combined into one safe, comfortable and convenient regional transportation service for older adults and adults living with disabilities.

Mid-State Transit provides origin-to-destination transportation for seniors (60+) and adults with disabilities in Belknap and Merrimack Counties – outside of the Concord area.

Riding MST

• MST is a safe, easy, affordable way to get from your home to the places you need to go.
• The vehicle will pick you up and bring you back to your home, within your service area zone.
• If you need to travel outside your zone, a volunteer driver may be assigned.
• You can use MST to travel for any purpose – shopping, doctor’s appointments, or personal business.
• Service is free of charge.
• Buses are wheelchair lift equipped.
• Drivers will make every effort to accommodate each participant’s needs but must consider the needs of all passengers.

Making Reservations for MST

• Service is available in most areas Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 3 PM.
• Reservations can be made up to 2:30 PM the day before travel or as much as 7 days in advance by calling 603-225-1989.
