Grafton County Senior Citizens Council provides transportation to older and disabled adults to medical appointments, shopping, or the local senior center. Dispatchers at the centers will coordinate and facilitate rides as needed. Call your local center for details.

Meals- Home-delivered meals and visits for homebound adults; congregate and Grab & Go meals served at GCSCC senior centers.
Rides –On-demand transportation to medical appointments, senior center programs, services and shopping.
ServiceLink counselors and GCSCC outreach workers helped residents access Medicare, long-term care, caregiver support, Veterans’ assistance, and numerous other services.
Activities & Programs– In-person and virtual recreational, educational, creative, cognitive advancement, and overall improved well-being and health-related programs for increased socialization.
Wellness Calls-  Reassurance calls to older, homebound adults.
Dedicated volunteers-  provide in-person and virtual activities, deliver meals and assist in various ways at the senior centers.
